We believe that the best advice – high-quality, tailor-made, and fast – is easiest to deliver when we have a strong connection to our clients. This is why we prefer to act as a permanent legal counsel to our clients.
However, we are open to work on specific projects that fall in the scope of our expertise and solving specific problems. But even when we only act as a legal counsel on specific issue, our first instinct is to get to know everything about it. We believe that is the imperative in order to deliver service deserved by our client.
In the end, we especially like working with young companies, such as startups or newly established branches of foreign companies. That way, we are with them from the very beginning, acting as their advisor and participating in their growth.
