Marina brings over a decade of experience in audit and financial advisory for commercial and financial institutions across Serbia and the region. She gained her expertise at PwC and Deloitte Serbia, where she served as a manager in the audit and assurance department. Her work includes financial due diligence, internal control reviews, process optimization, and KPI analysis across industries. She also provides full support to clients applying for IPARD and other EU development funds.
